The Customer may pay for the products using any of the following payment methods:

1. Card Payment.

 The Customer must enter their debit/credit card number (Visa, Visa Electron, and Mastercard), as well as any other additional information required during the purchase process. The charge will be processed once it is accepted by the Customer's financial institution; otherwise, the purchase cannot be completed.

2. Payment via PayPal:

 The Customer must have a PayPal account to use this payment method. Once the purchase process is complete, an electronic confirmation will be generated, attaching a copy of the General Terms of Service, which the Customer can print and which will be saved in the “My Account” section. B.BROTHERS PACK does not have access to or store sensitive data related to the payment method used by the Customer. Only the corresponding payment processing entity has access to this data for the purpose of managing payments and collections. B.BROTHERS PACK has implemented a program to detect possible fraudulent transactions and reserves the right to request additional information, confirmations and/or documents from the Customer, even after having made one or more purchases through the Website, by telephone call or email, in order to confirm that the Customer has indeed made and authorized said purchase and/or that the delivery or return of the same has been carried out correctly and thus definitively authorizes the respective transaction. B.BROTHERS PACK may conduct various telephone checks to verify the Customer's identity, or request:

 (a):  written confirmation and authorization signed by the Customer responsible for the purchase; and (b): a copy of the Customer's valid official photo identification to confirm their identity. B.BROTHERS PACK undertakes to store this information and documents with high security measures, in accordance with current regulations. If the Customer does not respond favorably or does not deliver to B.BROTHERS PACK the requested documentation and information within 48 hours from the call or the email sent by B.BROTHERS PACK, the transaction detailed in said communication and the respective order may be cancelled, without further notice or liability on the part of B.BROTHERS PACK, and the Customer will be refunded the amount paid in respect of said purchase. This verification procedure is carried out for the security of the Customer and, therefore, by accepting these General Terms of Service, the Customer agrees to submit to the procedure for detecting possible fraudulent operations referred to and authorizes B.BROTHERS PACK to use, once the Customer provides the
additional information and documents referred to, these for future purchases by the same Customer.

SERVICE DELIVERY

Once B.BROTHERS PACK has verified that the purchase process has been carried out correctly, it will proceed to deliver the products to the address indicated by
the Customer in the purchase procedure, during normal business hours and within the timeframes specified on the Website. In the event that, upon opening the packages with the products, the Customer sees that the services are not as desired or cannot be performed for any justified reason, he must notify B.BROTHERS PACK in writing within five (5) calendar days from the purchase, so that B.BROTHERS PACK can proceed accordingly. All product purchase orders are subject to availability. In the event of unavailability of the ordered product B.BROTHERS PACK will inform the Customer and may offer a service with similar characteristics of equal or superior quality. Alternatively, the Customer may cancel their purchase request and receive a full refund within a maximum period of thirty (30) days.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 10 calendar days without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your name, full address, and, if available, your telephone number and email address, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement sent by email. In the event of your withdrawal from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery option), without undue delay and in any event no later than 10 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest. Without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 10 calendar days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract, you must deliver or send the goods to the following address: The deadline will be considered met if you return the goods before the end of this period. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods and will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the characteristics of the goods.

COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS

The Customer must contact B.BROTHERS PACK , through the means indicated at the beginning of the General Conditions of Service, to express their complaints and claims, B.BROTHERS PACK commits to address them as soon as possible and, in any case, within one month from when they are presented.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The General Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law.

In the event of any conflict or discrepancy arising in the interpretation and/or application of these General Terms and Conditions, the competent courts shall be those determined by the applicable regulations regarding jurisdiction for consumer and user matters. The parties expressly submit, for any issues or disputes that may arise from the interpretation, performance, and execution of this contract, to the jurisdiction and competence of the courts and tribunals corresponding to the buyer's domicile or the place of performance of the contractual obligation.
