Shipments are normally made via MRW, although B.BROTHERS PACK reserves the right to change the carrier provided it does not cause any clear disadvantage to the customer. WE do not deliver to Balearic and Canary Islands.
What is the minimum order amount for free shipping?
* The minimum order for the free shipping is €100.
* The cost of the shipping depends upon the size and weight of box.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Deliveries are generally made within 48-72 hours (for orders with non-personalized products) from the time the transport agency picks them up from our facilities the following day. However, in the event of circumstances beyond our control, B.BROTHER PACK is not responsible for delays caused by the transport company.
The transport agency will deliver throughout the day.
We will try to make the delivery at the time you indicate, but we cannot guarantee it.
Where will my order be delivered?
The delivery will be made door-to-door to the delivery address indicated by the Customer and the person designated as the recipient.
Deliveries of bulky or excessively heavy products, or products that present delivery difficulties, will be delivered to the entrance of the indicated address.
What happens if no one is home when they come to deliver my order?
Don't worry, the shipping company will leave you a notification so you can coordinate the delivery with them. Orders that cannot be delivered within seven days for reasons not attributable to B.BROTHERS PACK will be returned to the seller.
Can we cancel an order that has not yet been shipped?
Yes, you can cancel an order that hasn't been shipped yet. To do so, please send an email to info@b-brothers.es indicating the order number you wish to cancel.
Can we cancel an order that has already been shipped by the store?
No, once the order has left our warehouses and is with the transport company, we will not be able to cancel the order, but you can return it once you receive it.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal?After a customer exercises their right of withdrawal, the products will be collected within an estimated 24 to 72 hours. Once the product is at our facilities, if it is in good condition, a full refund will be issued, excluding collection costs.
